Based on Scrabster Harbour's new Seafood Park JPL Shellfish have been serving Caithness and the North of Scotland with premium quality fresh fish and shellfish since 1992. JPL Shellfish pride ourselves on being able to wholesale a wide range of both live and processed shellfish from our EC approved premises (EC Fish Premises Approval number SF/041FE).

JPL Shellfish supply quality produce for the wholesale and catering sector including the prestigious Ackergill Tower and we maintain a stock of quality live crabs and lobsters to service the local catering industry. As well as purchasing winkles from pickers throughout Scotland, JPL Shellfish process top quality local Scallop meat from the pollution free waters off the coast of Scotland. This superb produce is then exported to the continental European and UK market place.
